Welsh Funeral Guidance
People can attend a funeral if:
you are the person organising the funeral,
you have been invited to the funeral by the person responsible for arranging the funeral, or
you are the carer of a person who is attending the funeral (either because they are the organiser or they have been invited)
Up to 10 people can attend a service outside the chapel.

Our response to coronavirus (COVID-19)
Our customers, colleagues and communities are at the heart of what we do. Therefore in light of the developing Covid-19 situation, we will be posting information on what action we are taking based upon recommendations by the Welsh Government.
In line with government updates and current restrictions, we have limited our chapel capacity. Please contact the office directly for the latest capacity advice.
During the current situation, we appreciate that it may be difficult to decide on a fitting tribute for your loved ones while our offices are closed. We know that finding a special way for you to remember and mourn is extremely important, and we understand that you may be thinking about what options are available to you at this time.
Whilst our offices are closed, we’d like to reassure you that our trained colleagues are still available to assist you in finding your loved ones’ lasting tribute.
If you’d like us to contact you to discuss this further, or to ask any questions you may have, please complete the enquiry form on the Brochure Request page where you can also download a digital version of our Memorial Brochure.
