- The promotion is available for purchases made between Thursday 8th May – Sunday 6th July 2025 and cannot be redeemed outside of this time frame.
- The promotion entitles the customer to one free Melrose natural stone or a 6 x 4 bronze plaque marker with a purchase of a 50 year lease on a living memorial at a Westerleigh Group crematorium.
- The promotion includes complimentary lettering on the Melrose natural stone or a bronze plaque.
- Further personalisation of the Melrose natural stone or the bronze plaque marker through additional artwork/design will be discussed with each customer and may be subject to additional cost.
- Melrose markers are available in Chinese Dark Grey, Karin Grey, Cathay, South African Grey and Black Granite colours. Made in the UK Melrose marker for customers at Arun and Herne Bay crematoria is available in Dalbeattie.
- Tree Gardens only: The tree planting may not happen immediately. To give each tree the best possible start, we typically plant during the optimal seasons - spring and autumn - when conditions are right for healthy growth. This means there may be a short wait between the time the lease is arranged and the actual planting date.
- Communal living memorials have been excluded from this promotion.
- Local variations on the style of living memorials used within this leaflet may apply.
